17 November 2016

Garden Court North Chambers’ Matthew Stanbury has written the article “Compassion, Courage and Leadership? Liz Truss should listen to her predecessor” for the Justice Gap, which looks at the proposals to release IPP prisoners.

The way forward for IPP prisoners will be considered at the upcoming “Great Expectations” seminar taking place in Chambers, at which Nick Hardwick will be speaking. Places are still available and can be booked by clicking here.
