ILG: How to run an inquest in 2022


Garden court North’s Mira Hammad will join, fellow speakers, Anna Thwaites (Bindmans), Alice Hardy (Hodge, Jones and Allen), and Gemma Vine (Ison Harrison), for a session – How to run an inquest in 2022 – as part of this year’s the INQUEST Lawyers Group (ILG) Conference.

The presentation will:

  • explore the changes to Exceptional Case Funding for inquests
  • look at how to manage hybrid/remote hearings, including practical tips for matters such as client care when the client is joining remotely
  • explore technological advances in electronic bundling, and file sharing
  • cover other helpful tips for running an inquest in 2022.

This is for ILG members only, to encourage participation and open discussion.
