Free webinar: Protest Law – common offences, common defences & injunctions

Our free webinar, Protest Law – common offences, common defences & injunctions, is available to view below but please note that the content will expire three months from the date of the event.

In this one-hour webinar, Peter Cruickshank and Mira Hammad of our Protest Rights and Criminal Defence & Appeals teams summarise some of the common offences used to charge protestors and some common defences that can employed in response. They also look at recent injunction cases involving protestors.

Protest Law – common offences, common defences & injunctions is the last session in our third collaborative webinar series with DG Legal.
