Anti-social behaviour orders: Criminal and Civil perspectives (28/02/2005)

Adam Fullwood , John Hobson and James Stark , members of the Garden Court North Housing team, together with Pete Weatherby and Farrhat Arshad , members of the Garden Court North Criminal team, presented a full day seminar considering Anti Social Behaviour Orders as free standing applications, as a form of order made at the end of Criminal Proceedings and as ancillary to other civil proceedings.

The course covered civil proceedings for criminal lawyers, human rights issues as well as other alternative remedies which ought to be used by public authorities.
