Overview and update on ASBOs and ASBIs (18/05/2006)
This seminar was aimed at both housing and criminal practitioners at all levels. It provided an overview and update on recent developments in ASBO and ASBI proceedings and also provided a practical guide to assist practitioners in preparing cases defending ASBO and ASBI applications. The seminar also included guidance on how to appeal such cases to the Crown Court.
