08/02/2007 Postponed Possession Orders : the law following Bristol CC v Hassan

This was a practical course designed for practitioners to consider the new Postponed Possession Orders, the circumstances in which they will be made and the Rent Arrears Protocol. The course included a practical approach to drafting Postponed Possession Orders including their potential use in nuisance cases along with guidance on the use of Form N28A. Consideration was also be given to outstanding issues such as the impact of Postponed Possession Orders upon Assured Tenancies and the future of "tolerated trespassers".
