Adam Fullwood and James Stark presented a course considering remedies to deal with unlawful eviction and harassment by landlords and the wider use of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 in a housing context by individual tenants and occupiers against other tenants and in the context of other nuisance and anti social behaviour proceedings.
