Disrepair and defending Possession proceedings (04/05/2006)

Following an introduction by Adam Fullwood , the morning session was presented by Laura Cawsey and John Hobson and who reviewed the legal framework for disrepair claims and consider their use in rental possession actions.

In the afternoon, Ben McCormack and Rory O'Ryan provided a comprehensive update on recent legal developments and caselaw relating to Possession proceedings including a focus upon nuisance possession proceedings.
