This seminar will provide an update on recent sentencing developments:

  • New sentencing guidelines on Violent Offences
  • IPPs - how to avoid them in the first place
  • IPPs - what to do if you have got one

This seminar will be covered in a practical way to cater for all levels of experience. There will be opportunity at the end for questions and answers.
