The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (15/11/2005)
The Sexual Offences Act 2003 reforms the law of sexual offences and introduces new notification requirements and new orders dealing with sexual offenders. Of particular importance are the provisions dealing with consent (now defined) and reasonable belief in consent. This seminar was presented by Mark George and Mark Barlow and focused on:
- An overview of the new law in practice.
- Sentencing and ancillary orders.
