Mark Barlow and Peter Hodson presented a seminar on the impact of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 upon appeals, including the Prosecution's general right of appeal in respect of rulings and right of appeal in respect of evidentiary rulings. The seminar also considered practical issues with emphasis on miscarriage of justice cases.
