Sentencing update (06/04/2006)
This seminar focused upon recent developments in Sentencing legislation and case-law including the changes brought in by the Criminal Justice Act 2003. In particular, the seminar examined the mandatory sentencing provisions and assessment of dangerousness in light of the Court of Appeal decision of Long and subsequent case-law.
