This seminar will consider a range of topical and practical issues for criminal defence lawyers inluding:

  • Speial measures, including vulnerable defendants
  • Anonymity
  • Proceeding in absence
  • Bail and assessments of dangerousness

This seminar will be covered in a practical way to cater for all levels of experience. There will be opportunity at the end for questions and answers.

The seminar is charged at £30 + VAT (£35.25 inc VAT) per person and £15 + VAT (£17.63 inc VAT) per person for voluntary organisations.
