This seminar will consider a range of topical and practical issues for criminal defence lawyers inluding:

Speial measures, including vulnerable defendants
Anonymity
Proceeding in absence
Bail and assessments of dangerousness

This seminar will be covered in a practical way to cater for all levels of experience. There will be opportunity at the end for questions and answers.
