Crime seminar : civil liberties and Human rights arguments

This seminar will consider recent caselaw and provide an update on the relevant legislation in relation to the sorts of cases to which civil liberties and human rights defence arguments often apply including:

  • Terrorism offences (particularly s. 57 and s. 58)
  • Protest
  • Identity offences committed by Foreign nationals

This seminar will be covered in a practical way to cater for all levels of experience. There will be opportunity at the end for questions and answers.
