Positive result in Leeds Employment Tribunal this week.
Thompsons Solicitors / UNISON are pleased to announce that Easingwold School have settled Mrs Lynn Burton former Business Manager at Easingwold School's Employment Tribunal claim arising out of her departure in September 2004 after 21 years service.
The Headteacher of Easingwold School Mrs Carey Chidwick said that "Lynn Burton leaves her employment at Easingwold School without a stain on her character". The terms of the settlement are confidential. UNISON has supported Mrs Burton throughout her claim.
