Sheffield City Council v Norouzi [2011] UKEAT/0497/10, President
> judgment
Norouzi was a social worker employed in a home for troubled children. The EAT dismissed the appeal brought by Sheffield City Council and held that the employer was liable for racial harassment and racial discrimination on the basis that it had not done enough to protect the Claimant from harassment and discrimination by one of the children.
Norouzi was represented by Kerry Smith of GCN.
