This seminar focused on core areas within this field including assessments, service provision, charging, resources, residential accommodation, home adaptations, eligibility, social/health care divide, remedies and damages. It also looked at recent developments in social security law including the right to benefits for EU citizens and the implications of the imminent expansion of member states.
