Garden Court North Chambers are pleased to announce a half-day training course on prison law funding organised by the APL and held in conjunction with Garden Court North Chambers.
This course will focus on the funding scheme for prison law work which was introduced in July 2010. It will examine the practical effects of the prison law contract and the limited guidance provided by the Legal Services Commission. It will provide an opportunity for practitioners to discuss strategies in which they can preserve the quality of their work in a harsh economic climate.
The cost will be £60.00 for Members of the APL and £90.00 for non-members.
