One year on from the landmark judgment in Pinnock, this seminar will provide a round-up of developments in relevant caselaw over the past 12 months and will focus in particular on:

• How is Article 8 "bedding in" in the County Court?
• What scope exists for arguing that Article 8 can apply as between private individuals?
• Can Article 8 assist occupiers unprotected by s.3 Protection from Eviction Act 1977?
• What legal issues arise when a landlord seeks to evict a rioter (or his/her parents)?

This seminar is aimed at an intermediate / advanced level of practitioner.
