NWHLPG's annual conference will again deliver a day of authoritative updates and commentary from a range of leading practitioners experienced in housing law.

James Stark of GCN will speak on the latest developments in "public law" defences to possession claims, after Manchester CC v Pinnock (Supreme Court) in which he was junior counsel for Mr Pinnock. Judgment is due to be handed down in October. His talk will include what challenges can now be made and practical advice on how they should be approached.
