This seminar will provide an overview of the community care issues that can arise in housing cases and managing clients with mental health / learning difficulties including cases involving Court of Protection proceedings. The seminar will also review relevant caselaw and consider routes of challenge based on capacity grounds such as in homelessness (intentionality) appeals.
The seminar is charged at £38.00 + VAT (£45.60 inc VAT) and for Voluntary organisations £28.00 + VAT (£33.60 inc VAT).
