Rory O'Ryan of GCN will speak at an ILPA training session on "Tier 1 (General) everything an experienced practitioner should know" which takes place next month in Leeds.
Overview of the training course:
This ILPA training is a chance to consider Tier 1 (General) from the experienced practitioner's perspective with in-depth legal analysis, comment and practical advice. Tier 1 (General) applications from start to finish will be covered, including transitional arrangements, complex scenarios, challenging refusals and the ever present question of maintenance.
