Jailed Liverpool fan Michael Shields today takes his bid for freedom to the High Court in London. A Judicial Review will challenge the ruling of Justice Secretary Jack Straw on "the power to grant a pardon to repatriated prisoners wrongly convicted in a foreign jurisdiction".
