Garden Court North Chambers barrister Mark George was interviewed on BBC Radio Manchester this morning about the bail process.
Mark George was invited onto the show to explain the bail process including what difference the seriousness of the crime makes, what help and guidance Magistrates get on making their decision and how much influence the police tend to have.
This is following two stories in the news this week where murders were committed by individuals recently granted bail:
