Melanie Plimmer of Garden Court North Chambers will be presenting a seminar on Judicial Review for the Association of Women Solicitors (AWS) Manchester branch, on Thursday 23rd February 2006.
As part of a continuing programme of CPD-accredited talks, this seminar will focus on public law principles and public law 'wrongs' which form the basis of judicial review applications. The seminar will also provide an outline in taking and defending judicial review proceedings in light of the CPR.
