James Stark will speak at the Housing Management Conference 2008 which takes place in Manchester on 11th December 2008.
The conference is chaired by Jan Luba QC and other speakers include senior representatives from the new Tenant Services Authority, Michael Owen (Coffin Mew LLP) and Habib Aziz (Leeds City Council).
James Stark will consider the issues concerning management of temporary accommodation including the legal status of those occupying temporary accommodation, security of tenure, rights of tenants and best practice.
