The Court of Appeal today handed down judgment in Gilboy, R (on the application of) v Liverpool City Council & Anor [2008] EWCA Civ 751.
The judgment has dismissed the appeal against the judgment of the Administrative Court .
The Appeal was heard in the Court of Appeal on Monday 19th May 2008 before Waller LJ, Buxton LJ and Smith LJ
