James Stark , on behalf of the housing team, contributed to this forthcoming programme and spoke to researchers last month.
Six years after their introduction, Panorama looks at the use of ASBOs through the stories of ASBO kids and their victims.
"The issues raised in the programme show the importance of proper representation for children and the vulnerable against whom ASBOs are sought, and the importance of challenging in particular the nature and extent of conditions that are sought to be applied for example excessively wide exclusion orders" says James Stark.
