Twelve years' experience in the asylum and immigration field, with considerable experience of conducting asylum and human rights appeals at first instance and on appeal / reconsideration, including entry clearance cases, up to the Court of Appeal.

Housing law

Housing law including defending possession proceedings, disrepair, unlawful eviction, harassment / neighbour nuisance and with a particular interest in Homelessness and ASBO proceedings. Undertakes judicial reviews and County Court appeals.

Other areas

Experienced in making emergency applications for injunctions in immigration removal cases and homelessness cases.
