Very experienced in field of public law. Has been involved in numerous judicial review challenges to decisions in social services departments, PCTs and the Home Office. Regularly instructed in cases involving community care, mental health and Human Rights issues and has a particular interest in cases involving unlawful detention, disputed treatment and Care Standards Act 2000. Regularly instructed by agents on behalf of the Official Solicitor. Also experienced in proceedings before the Court of Protection.
