The Public Law Project annual conference, ‘Judicial Review –Trends and Forecasts – North’, will celebrate its fourth year in June 2010. We are pleased to announce that Garden Court North Chambers will play in active role in the conference: Ian McDonald Q.C. will present an address on ‘'International law in Judicial Review and other domestic jurisdictions' whilst GCN barristers lead some of the day’s workshops on such subjects as the impact of Article 8 upon housing law. Other workshops will consider: Costs and Funding in Public Law cases; an update on Equality Duties; and Judicial Review and Rights of Access to Information.
