Permission to appeal to Supreme Court in Parole Board oral hearing challenge

Following the Court of Appeal judgment in Osborn & Booth v The Parole Board [2010] EWCA Civ 1409, the appellants have now been grated permission to appeal to the Supreme Court.
The appellants have been granted permission to appeal to the Supreme Court on issue (i); i.e. the criteria to be adopted by the Parole Board in deciding whether to grant an oral hearing. (Case ID: UKSC 2011/0146 and UKSC 2011/0147).
The appeal is listed to be heard in the Supreme Court on Tuesday 16th April 2013 (ELH 3-4 days).
Vijay Jagadesham of GCN, instructed by Harrison Bundey Solicitors and Scott-Moncrief & Associates , and led by Hugh Southey QC of Tooks Chambers, will represent the appellants.
