Pete Weatherby was interviewed for BBC Radio 4's Farming Today programme today, discussing yesterday's High Court ruling on the definition of hunting.
Pete Weatherby provided a legal perspective on the judgment in Director of Public Prosecutions v Wright [2009] EWHC 105 (Admin) judgment which relates to the legislation banning hunting with dogs and commented on the "flawed drafting" of the act and whether this would lead to increased or conversely reduced prosecutions.
