Community Care and Mental Health

We offer expert advice and representation in all areas including community care assessments, inadequate service provision, residential and non-residential services, charging and MHRT decisions. Members of the team are expets in the field of human rights law and employ arguments under the ECHR.
Members of the team regularly appear in the Administrative Court and in the County Court in complex community care and public law matters.
The team are particularly aware of the many overlaps between these and other areas of specialisation and can offer expertise in housing , education law and welfare rights where appropriate.
